- Anyone who currently holds and Atypical Working Scheme permission (AWS) due to expire on the 20/04/21, it is now extended until 20/09/21.
- If you activate an AWS in April, May, or June, you will benefit from the extension and will be granted permission to remain until 20/09/21.
If you wish to remain in the state and continue working via Locumotion, please do let your designated staffing specialist know, if not already done so.
Of note,
- An AWS permission is normally valid for 3 months once approved. At present it is valid for 4 months. This means it needs to be activated within 4 months.

If you activate an AWS in April, May or June, you will benefit from the extension and be granted permission to remain until 20/09/21.
